Appointment-Only Policy
We pride ourselves in remaining client-focused while delivering top-notch services. By maintaining an appointment-only policy, we can continue to deliver high quality services for every person that sits in our chair.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Life happens. We understand there are times when a hair appointment may need to be canceled. Due to the high volume of clients requesting services, canceling as soon as possible will allow clients that are on the wait list to secure an appointment. Cancellations within 23 hours of your service will be charged 65% of the scheduled service cost. No-Call No-Shows are subject to a 85% fee of the original service price.
